Day 1 Laser and Micro Esthetics Making a “WOW” Smile!

● Using the Laser to achieve an ultimate aesthetic smile.
● Utilizing the Digital Smile Design (DSD)
● Lasering before initial boding to
○ Vertical Incisor Display (VIP)
○ Smile Arc Protection (SAP)
● Restoring gingival contour before initial bonding to create ideal tooth proportion.
● Using the U-veneer system to restore tooth size discrepancies.
● Laser after deband to enhance ideal smile design.
● Case work up with tooth size discrepancy and how to re-shaping

Hands On: Laser “live” patients to restore gingival contour

Day 3 Advanced Placement of TADs in Extra Alveolar Sites

Introduction:

Infrazygomatic, Buccal Shelf and Palatal TAD placement ○ Study of vectors regulating biomechanics ○ Evaluating approach with a steep mandibular plane angle ○ Evaluating approach with a flat mandibular plane angle

Treating Cases:

○ Class III malocclusions high or low angle approach
○ Gummy Smile
○ Mandibular Lateral Deviation (MLD)

Going over Placement and mechanics used for:

○ Infrazyomatic Arch
○ Buccal Shelf
○ Palate

Hands on:

○ Practice with skull placement of IZC, BS and Palatal TADs ○ Tactile TAD placement in peers’ mouth ○ Placement of TADs on “live patients”
